This article for those who consider only academics performance or knowledge as the only way to clear the interview stage.But friends now days panel don't want to test you on this instead they will pose questions which may surprise you .The questions asked are just to check your reactions and your confidence in answering them.This is because they know a candidate from Biology background won't be able to answer all the questions of Commerce .It is possible that you know some of the topics but you won't be able to study everything at one go....
So the point here that i want to put is that don't get panic about the questions which can be asked instead be upgraded so that at-least you know which questions to answer.Interviewer are asking questions that are related to the previous question.So answer them in such a way that you don't give them an opportunity to question you on your answer or atleast use those terms which you already know and make them to ask questions based on that...
Now this is for all those male candidates whose father has a business be ready to answer "Why not your father's business"Be upgraded about his business and related activities...They can pose you questions related to it.If its a firm then they ask you "What are different types of organisation ?,What is Partnership?,Minimum and maximum members required to form them.Which accounts are maintained by your father?
