Don't Worry...Be Prepared for It"

This article caters to all those hardworking and happy go lucky people out there who have cleared the exam..My aim to write this article was to make those candidates realize that they have cleared their first IBPS bank paper and now its time not to get "worried" about what next to come ..just be prepared for it as it is a time to nurture yourself in every way possible.....Now according to me these are few points to do ...after clearing the exams...

• Find out the options available to you in PD{Personality development} or Interview classes in various bank coaching.
• Concern those who have been through this process earlier or have taken any classes from any of the coaching .
• Prepare yourself mentally to face the interview process as it said "First impression is the last impression"
• If you are weak in English then start reading English paragraphs loudly in front of any person or mirror then u will know your problem..IT will help u definitely ...
• Be expressive while discussing anything as it helps you to make your points clear .
• Make the most of this opportunity as it comes only to those who have made it...Then as we know there not 1.1 lac vacancy to fight for..So just be prepared....
• Take help of your friends in discussing expected questions that can be asked in an interview...

Above all be relaxed as it is vacation time and year end ..So friends i hope this article may help you  to certain extent.."All the best to ALL"

Result Out :What Next?

I know after the results are out many people will be curious to know what next .. So I have answered few questions that pertains to all who have  passed  the exam.

Q. What after the results are out?

A.All those candidates who have qualified will be receiving score cards containing more details related to your score.

Q.What is validity of score card?

A.Its One year.

Q.Can I apply for any number of banks?

A.Yes provided candidate fulfills all the criteria mentioned in that vacancy.

Q.My result shows Pass will i definitely get job?

A.No until you go through all the process and get required score you are not guaranteed any job.

Q.The failed candidates also receive the score card?

A.No .

Q.What next for those who have passed?

A.Look out for vacancies in employment papers and various bank sites..Apart from this prepare for Interview as you never know when vacancy is published.

Q.What about those who have not cleared the exam?

A.Don't loose hope prepare for next PO exam as we all know "There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure."

I know all human beings  in this world have been a given a chance to prove themselves or to play its part or role and contribute something to their Life ..and some to society...but have you ever thought why  all that happens to us at a particular.. point of time...Why we sometime feel free enough to do anything we want or sometimes we have no other option to Choose from..Sometimes we get frustrated to think of doing something extreme ..Is all that sufficient for our Life to achieve real satisfaction....No is the answer ...

                                                                                                My friends I know all of us want to achieve something in our life .>but ask yourself a question  Is This I really want in life,,,,are u satisfied with this ...my dear friends I know u all will get the answer Yes but is that yes really reflects You.No my friends This Yes is not u....You know why i am saying this because If this Yes would be really reflecting you then you would have been a different from others in many ways...I guess that's sufficient enough to tell all my friends their that always "Keep Moving Don't settle" these words were spoken by one great man who really changed the World's way of communicating...he is none other than the great then Mr Steve Jobs.. who said these words in his Commencement speech at Stanford university in 2005 ...At last he said "love what u do"

   I know you may not find it interesting at first but friends these things really matters Since as we know its not too late when all new will become old..

Is This all that we need?

It took around 5 minutes for me to decide what should the title should be...Believe me but I thought let keep it simple and precise...Now after deciding the title i thought what reader must be thinking while reading this direction less title with no "End" attached to this line.But this directional less "Tag Line" is the "line of the hour" >every single Indian...

      Friends I know u all those reading this must be thinking that I am talking of deep rooted disease in our society "Corruption" or some may be thinking   of the Anticorruption movement led by our modern "Gandhi."..    There will be those who must be thinking of Government  "failed" efforts in  reducing Inflation but my dear friends Its not all that I am writing for ..In India we had  nearly thousands of people died till  now because of terrorism and still we have our most respected person of India , holding the most honorary position claiming our neighbors most respected person "A Man of Peace"My friends this is what our I was talking about ...I guess its sufficient enough to express the willingness of our Most respectable person..Now atlast its upto all of you to decide whether its good or bad for us....Thanks for reading....

 

                             

65 But Still Hungry..

ThE blog which caters to all the citizens of 3rd most powerful nation which is on the verge of being most expected powerful nation by 2030..Its growing middle class population is expanding and spending like never before..It is in 12th place in number of millionaires and expected to cross 4 lac by 2012.It has  the Third largest army in the world...May be I can be wrong but one thing for sure its in top ten...Now I guess it is sufficient information to infer which country I am talking about...Its our motherland INDIA.

You all must be thinking whats the co relation of data given with the title....I guess some might be thinking that India our motherland is in need of so much resources to fulfill it requirement ,some might be thinking that our country requires huge investment to become the most powerful nation. Friends you are somewhat right in thinking that ...but still u think that I really mean by that word Hungry..No friends here my message is to just tell that we are "still Hungry not  for Power not for money but above all we are still not sufficient enough to provide 3 times meal to the poor population of so called powerful nation..You will find interesting to know that in spite of  being the Third largest economy we are still behind our neighbor like Pakistan ..As per latest report released by IFPRI we stood 67th amongst 81 countries and that too below Pakistan ...So my friends I guess that may be sufficient enough to predict where we are heading to become a Superpower...
