Boys I Know all you boys out there must be thinking of mainly the interview and its outcome.But you forget one thing that is your Outlook i.e. Appearance.I know you must be thinking that does it really matters in interview.The answer is Yes it really matters >As you all know the old adage First Impression is the Last Impression..And mind it this saying is not wrong .If you don't believe read this :Link. I hope now you believe it to some extent.SOme have proven it wrong also but the question what really matters is that How one should dress up for the interview:So here are some suggestion given :

• Dress Simple,never informal.
• Shirt light co loured with a neck tie.
• A coat or formal suit is not necessary.
• Formal shoes
• Don't wear bright colours.
• Feel comfortable in what you wear .
• Minimum accessories
• Light Fragrance

Hello friends  I just want to tell you that this time you would have to appear for GD also in bank selection process .General discussion  is not that easy as it sounds,.Believe me its a test of not only your Communication skills but also it reveals your character as an Individual..The panel will see how you perform in a group .How you handle criticism with ease,How you validate or substantiate your point.Its not just about talking on a particular topic but its checks how much aware you are.Points to remember while sitting for a GD:

• Prepare for it before you face it.It is must.Join Mock classes or discuss with your friends .
• Read about current happenings around the nation and world.
• Learn how to make your point in front of your group.
• Learn how to substantiate your view
• BE a Active participant in a GD
• Don't waste your time looking here and there.Maintain your body posture

Prepare Before you Face it 2.

This article is continuation to previous one which suggest some interview point to remember.Now i am giving some more points to look out for ..

• Before entering the room you should ask the panel for coming in.
• After entering wish them Good Morning/Good Day Sir /Mam.{give a smile }
• Don't sit until you are said .you can also ask to sit .
• Always make eye contact with interviewer.it reflects your confidence
• Be enthusiastic in answering them
• Don't put your hands on the table .{mind it its their territory}
• Be clear in your answer.Don't mumble
• Remember the subjects you have studied in your final year.
• Know about the bank you have applied for.{its e std year, its chairman,its head office}
• Learn some banking terminology

I hope these few more tips might give you an idea of whats next is to come.Hope to come back with more tips for you all ...

This article basically for all those candidates who have successfully cleared the first ever IBPS PO exam.Through this article I just want to share a little thought with all qualified candidates that even though you all have qualified the exam but be Prepared for  the Interview-your next level to clear before your dream of becoming PO comes true..Prepare yourself mentally as well so that you can Crack it ..Don't take your look for granted as it is said "First impression is the last iMpression" To impress them you got to prepare .Basically the panel sitting in front of you want to check you on different aspects which are :

• Communication {Remember its a two way process}
• Clarity of thought
• Expressions
• Don't Try to make hypothetical instances .[Substantiate your strengths and weakness]
• BE simple .Know your strengths and weakness..
• If you don't know the answer let them know don't try to lie..
