Preparing for any exams doesn't requires the number of hours in [2 Digits] to study all that which is expected in an Exam.But instead it requires a Strategy Analysis Concentration Quality study.and of course some activities that make you more active or rather Proactive .I know this may be sounding repetitive .But friends this type of preparation can only lead you to Successfully clearing of exam ..Hard work is the most Spoked word now days among all you candidates.But think of it again ...Now days only hard work will not bear fruits for you Instead you need to Work Smart....By this i mean you need to analysis what were your mistakes in previous exams which are needed to be analysed and worked upon...By doing this you must be requiring some extra time but believe at last it will benefit you only.Just giving exam for the sake of giving is not correct You got to realise that these mistakes are not to be repeated ...Instead you derive a way out of it.So that this time you clear your exam successfully ..

Last time tips before the exam:

• Revise what you have already studied or Notes which you have made.
• Plan a strategy to achieve what you ought to...If not then Know your Strong and Weak Sections or Area to conquer...Practice more on your weak areas..
• Always attempt that section only which you think is to be attempted first..
• Time management is the most important thing ..Give less time to those section which you think will require less time.
• Be prepared .

Interview -Being Yourself

Interview is the second stage for any bank aspirant..who aims to join the bank as a Clerk or PO.So many candidates during the course of interview are worried about the outcome of interview ..and that's justified as far as you are one of them.So here I just wanted to say before appearing for any interview for any post you should be mentally ready for it.Don't try to copy others or buy anything which does not reflects you.For instances A engineering candidate asking  a answer to a common question from another candidate of same background is  "Why banking after Engineering".Its not wrong to ask about the answer but coping that answer can let you loose your seat...This is because when you give the same reply to an Interviewer he gets an reflection of your personality and nature...So always try to be yourself during an interview so that when you are countered with a question you are ready to tackle it with confidence ...

Sometimes candidates during the interview are worried about their hobbies ...So here also you make a mistake if you try to copy others hobby as yours...because when an interviewer ask something more about that hobby which is not yours ..you are in somewhat trouble unless you are a smart player..So every time when you appear for any interview try to be yourself..It doesn't mean that you will reveal all your negatives there instead present your weakness if asked in such a manner that it benefits you in some way...Or tell such weakness which is beneficial for the organisation...or your customers....in some or the other..way...

PNB invites online applications from candidates having valid IBPS Score Card of CWE [conducted for the post of PO in 2011]for assured placement as Management Trainee in JMG Scale-I after passing one year full time Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance Programme to be conducted by Manipal Global Education Services,Bangalore on behalf of PNB.

1. Screening of Candidates by GD and PI.
2. Course Fees would be 3.15 lacs + taxes for 12 months programme.[To be borne by the Candidates payable in 3 quarterly installements at the beginning of each quarter.
3. Manipal Global   Education Services will provide boarding and Lodging for 09 months on campus period.During the last quarter ,candidates will undergo On the job training /Internship in various branches of PNB .During this period candidates will have to make their own arrangements for boarding and lodging.
4. Loan will be provided to interested candidates by the bank at Bank's nominal rate of  interest.
5. Bank will pay Stipend of Rs 2500/-[lumpsum]/month for first 09 months and Rs 10K /-[lumpsum] per month during last 03 months.
6. Candidates will be required to execute a Service bond of Rs. 1 Lac  for  3 years .
7. Loyalty Reward:

• Waivement of full Interest in Loan account on Promotion to MMG Scale -II[Presently within 3 years]
• Reimbursement of Principal Amount of loan to candidatess on promotion to MMG Scale-II[Prsently within 3 years of becoming MMG Scale -II.
