Did u ever thought that knowing your local language can be helpful in your job interview...If yes then you would be ready to test your local language skill in a Banks interview.. If no then let me tell you are wrong because as per the article published in a website....you will be tested for local language skill.....Yes you heard it correctly..your own local language know how will give you a chance to get a seat in one of those Banks...So friends this time its not going to be predetermined format of interview as you all know.... this time its going to be your local language knowledge/know how which will play a role in Interview selection....
Now the question here arises that what would happen to those candidates with the high marks who are not so proficient in their local language.....friends if you have read this article then please share your views to let us know what u think of this...
