Criticism FACE it...

Getting criticized is the awful or the least thing anyone in this world would ever wish...SO while reading this article you would wonder thats a Human thing...no one likes...but friends have you ever wondered that this is the "BITTER TRUTH" that most never come to know even in their entire life when they have people near them just to flatter..SO my point here is not that don't be upset when you are criticized for something instead tackle or face it with full guts or fortitude ...Then see that whether that negative feedback or response was really substantial.......if yes then think what can be done about it....

I am writing this to make you realize that sometimes  such response tend to change our personality...for some in a positive way..and for some it disastrous....[i hope here you got my point].>SO my suggestion is to  Express Yourself..express your weakness express or  at least know it..so that you can work on it...or atleast try to eliminate..it..

So why take it in negative sense instead go and wrestle it  or face it rather than .....I know you must have read about it some where else but  I thought why not write about it once again so that it may help someone to realize that we all are "OPEN TO CRITICISM"

Looking at the current scenario of selection  process many candidates are right in thinking that "The best score the better is  chance"But my dear friends even after getting the best score its not assured of a job.Though it has been seen that only best scorers have got the chance to show their skills..But mind it that's not going to be a sustainable thing because banks and as well as the best scorers know they can't be placed in every bank"I know that a common sense statement"They got to lower their criteria so that after all the best scorers have been placed they have to resort to better scorers...So there you have the chance to show ur skills and all that u want to share..with them...in word Mettle..

Nowadays  many are upset with the fact that even after qualifying the exam they have n't got the chance to sit for a single interview...But friends that is the reality which you have to face and deal with it..until you are in one of the category..SO friends don't get upset instead go for hunting  the next i.e IBPS CWE PO second attempt...I hope this article will get you know what Banks really want..
