Interview is the second stage for any bank aspirant..who aims to join the bank as a Clerk or PO.So many candidates during the course of interview are worried about the outcome of interview ..and that's justified as far as you are one of them.So here I just wanted to say before appearing for any interview for any post you should be mentally ready for it.
Don't try to copy others or buy anything which does not reflects you.For instances A engineering candidate asking a answer to a common question from another candidate of same background is "Why banking after Engineering".Its not wrong to ask about the answer but coping that answer can let you loose your seat...This is because when you give the same reply to an Interviewer he gets an reflection of your personality and nature...So always try to be yourself during an interview so that when you are countered with a question you are ready to tackle it with confidence ...
Sometimes candidates during the interview are worried about their hobbies ...So here also you make a mistake if you try to copy others hobby as yours...because when an interviewer ask something more about that hobby which is not yours ..you are in somewhat trouble unless you are a smart player..So every time when you appear for any interview try to be yourself..It doesn't mean that you will reveal all your negatives there instead present your weakness
if asked in such a manner that it benefits you in some way...Or tell such weakness which is beneficial for the organisation...or your customers....in some or the other..way...
